Leidseplein was just behind me when I took this picture. The American Hotel at Leideseplein is where Eva and me (Hans as well when he came down) lived. FEBO was my favorite hamburger place. It was sooo easy and cheap, ready made burgers with bread and everything could be bought from small self service boxes 24 hours a day.
