Aims

The business aims of Scandinavian Silver Eel are:

• a yearly production of 150 tonnes of consumption eels, 130-1200g each.
  
• to sell young quarantined eels, 0.5-10g each, for restocking in Sweden and Europe.
  
• to sell fingerling eels, 5-10g each, to other eel farms in Europe.
  
• distribution of our own eels smoked and filleted.
  
• provide a consultancy service in high technology warm water fish farming.
