    After one day snorkeling at Long Beach, we sat down on the beach and saw this wonderful view.

     

    I have been in Philippines three times and I can't wait until I have the chance to go there again.

    La Laguna beach is a very nice place in the north of the island Mindoro. During the days you can either scuba diving (see asia) or snorkeling in the very   clear water.
    It takes around 2 hours by car from Manila to the city of Batangas and from there you can either choose the cheap & Slow way or you can choose to pay a little more and take the fast ferry.


    When I was there I lived on Big la laguna beach at the Beach club that is owned by PADI and you can read more about that specific place at their homepage:

    I think the rooms were ok. It was not the best, but the thing I want when I check into a hotel is a nice bed and toilet, and the beach club have that.
