| Flasktext: Yorkshire Squares - a particular fermentation system originated by Timothy Bentley over two hundred years ago in the West Riding of Yorkshire. The system utilises double decked vessels, which were originally made of stone or slate. Black Sheep beers are all brewed using this original system. Some of our Yorkshire Squares are actually 100 year old slate vessels - surely the ultimate in traditional ale brewing. | ||
