| Flasktext: Liberty Ale is virtually hand-made in small batches with Anchor's famous commitment to traditional brewing methods. We use an authentic topfermenting yeast, a blend of the finest malted barleys, whole hops and pure water. While Liberty Ale is ageing in our cellars, it is "dry-hopped" in the classic Ale tradition and slowly completes its fermentation in sealed vats. This process produces a delicate and entirely natural carbonation. Our simple, natural brewing methods will allow Liberty Ale to mellow and improve for many months if the bottles are kept cool and dark.
