he tungsten weighting technology of the Hawk Eye Titanium Woods has been adapted to create a revolutionary set of irons. We gained some valuable knowledge when we designed the Hawk Eye Titanium Woods. In particular, we discovered that concentrating weight in a specific area of each clubhead allowed us to precisely place the center of gravity for optimal trajectory and maximum forgiveness. In designing a set of irons with the same high level of playability, we found that the benefits of tungsten weighting in a titanium iron head are greatest when the weight is spread across a wider area of the clubhead. To make this possible, we created a unique new process for making titanium iron clubheads. This process allows us to cast each Hawk Eye Iron clubhead with two cavities: The first is a multi-layer cavity back - similar to the cavity found in our tour-proven Big Bertha X-12 Irons - that incorporates Callaway Golf's exclusive 360-degree varied undercut channel.
