Steelhead Plus

U sing the previous line of Steelhead Woods as a starting point, Callaway Golf's engineers worked to improve upon each aspect of those highly successful stainless steel woods. The bold new design added so significantly to the performance of the original design that we decided to call our newest stainless steel woods Big Bertha Steelhead Plus. Other characteristics of the new Steelhead Plus Woods are direct enhancements to our previous designs. The clubhead still consists of three-part construction - a lightweight crown plate, a heavy body and a precision-cast Callaway Weight Chip welded into the inside of the clubhead. This is enhanced by the use of a new forged crown plate which is stronger and lighter, further lowering the center of gravity in each Steelhead Plus Wood. And the exclusive Callaway Golf Variable Weight Chips have been repositioned to calibrate the center of gravity for maximum performance.
